I'm a Northern Rivers local who's been making AI actually useful inside businesses for the past six years. Not as a theory exercise, but in the day-to-day grind of a real organisation.

Before that, 25 years in marketing, communications, and customer systems. I've worked inside enough businesses to know that most of the admin eating your evenings shouldn't exist.

I'm not here to sell you software or push a particular platform. I don't work for any of them. I just find the gaps, set things up properly, and make sure it actually sticks.
